Aileen has been a resident of Victoria for the past twenty-five years. She was born and raised in Vancouver, is a graduate of BCIT, in Administrative Management. She also holds a certificate in Health and Wellness from Simon Fraser. She has two daughters, Cait and Maggie, and a very sweet grandbaby!

If you ask her, she will tell you the island is magical.

Before entering the Real Estate profession, Aileen worked for Beauty Systems Group Canada for almost 20 years as a top producing representative selling professional salon products. She also started a consulting company with a partner called The Profitable Salon Owner and has written a success manual for that industry. She is considered a
customer service expert.

She considers herself a lifelong learner and believes that her car offers the best venue for education! Those years as a road warrior had some unique perks. She is an avid Reader and consumes about 3-4 books a week. After reading you will find Aileen on her Pedego bike, cycling throughout the city and revelling in the joy of freedom that a bicycle brings!

Aileen has had a varied career that matches her entrepreneurial spirit. She has owned retail stores, a fitness company, and a consulting company.
